20 institutions participating in the pilot project funding for specialized care in Poltava region, took part in a seminar on financial planning and legal support of the activities of the institutions.

Economists, financiers, accountants, lawyers, and heads of agencies met with a variety of aspects and tools to develop a financial plan, economic analysis, accounting and reporting.
