20 institutions participating in the pilot project funding for specialized care in Poltava region, took part in a seminar on financial planning and legal support of the activities of the institutions.
the Seminar was held with the support of the Ministry of health'I the National health service'I Department of health'I Poltava regional state administration jointly with the project USAID «Support of health care reform'I”.
Economists, financiers, accountants, lawyers, and heads of agencies met with a variety of aspects and tools to develop a financial plan, economic analysis, accounting and reporting.
– We work in the Poltava pilot from April 1, and we already begin to earn money. The question of remuneration is very important. The training we received useful information. To have decent wages, must vary in accordance with the needs of the patients. We need to transform office, the computer'terisolasi institutions, promote mobility, openness to communication.
