As well as that it is spent for the services actually provided to people, and not to finance empty premises and beds. We purchase services from medical facilities at the expense of the state budget.

We are the data management center within the healthcare system.
Thanks to digital transformation, healthcare processes are open and transparent. Our data helps:
- The government — plan the volume of necessary medical services and funding for them, and make decisions based on the data;
- Every person in Ukraine — find a family doctor, the nearest pharmacy with the “Available Medicines” program, or a hospital to undergo the required examination;
- Local authorities and society — monitor the flow of these funds;
- Healthcare facilities — see which medical services are in the highest demand.

На сьогодні в електронній системі охорони здоров’я (ЕСОЗ) працює 394 тис. медичних працівників з понад 21 тис. надавачів медичних послуг різних форм власності.
