Information Materials for Placement in Healthcare Facilities

We do not want any difficulties for people who need to find a pharmacy with“Available Medicines”or a hospital with a contract forfree services under the Medical Guarantees Program. Therefore, we have sent our partner facilities informational materials to make navigation easier for patients. This set of materials includes:

• Sticker with our service logo and the words “Contract with the NHSCU”– placed on the main entrance door and, if possible, on the doors of other hospital buildings.
• Posterswith information about the NHSCU and the Medical Guarantees Program, how patients can use the program, what priority services are, and the route to them – displayed on information boards in the hospital entrance area.
• Stickers with all services provided under the NHSCU contract, which are also a mandatory part of branding – placed on the information board in the hospital entrance area.
• Branding guide– helps properly place stickers, organize information boards, and use the informational materials.
• Sticker for pharmacies: “Available Medicines here”– placed at the entrance to the pharmacy.
• Sticker for pharmacies: “+Insulins”– also placed at the entrance to the pharmacy.

We encourage facilities toproduce additional sets of informational materialsfor placement in their premises at their own expense.
