Open Data

All de-identified open data sets of the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) are published on the Unified State Open Data Web Portal.

NHSU “publishes information that can help improve the quality of medical services under the Medical Guarantees Program, for which it is the administrator or holder, in compliance with the requirements of legislation on personal data protection and information with restricted access.” This is established by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 753 of August 21, 2019.

All open data sets are structured for machine processing. The update frequency for each dataset is indicated on its page. Based on open data, various applications, services, and business models can be created. Open data helps users improve the efficiency of managerial decisions at any level.

Information on created and executed electronic referrals in the EHS
