Now, it not only provides a self-assessment of the condition of everyone, assessing symptoms and possible risks of infection, but the answers to 140 questions about coronavirus infection: what is the COVID-19 how to protect themselves from infection recommended wearing masks and the like. Pandemic coronavirus is placing unprecedented demands on health systems'I and its employees around the world, and bots can help to reduce the stress in cases where patients seek information on COVID-19. During the spread of infection coronavirus the importance of reliable and timely information cannot be overstated. Therefore, NCSU tries to be closer and more accessible to people with answers to relevant questions. The bot can ask any question regarding COVID-19, and receive information. Now available in 140 detailed answers on various topics with links to official sources, both Ukrainian and foreign, among which cutting-edge institutions in the field of health’I - World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), The National Health Service (NHS).
Bot of concern for the health’I created by using the service Microsoft Healthcare Bot based on Microsoft Azure uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology and natural language processing (NLP) to understanding the intent of users and provide reliable information on criteria, symptoms and risks of influence COVID-19, according to the protocols. Microsoft Healthcare Service Bot used by healthcare organizations’I from all over the world for more than a year and was originally developed for the functional virtual assistant. When the pandemic began to spread coronavirus, the organization of the health system’I in different parts of the world have developed started used this tool to help skryti patients to potential infection COVID-19.
Beginning in March 2020, the organization of health’I created 1230 bots for self-assessment COVID-19 on the basis of the service bots Microsoft Healthcare, covering 18 million people and serving more than 160 million messages throughout the world.
