On the website of the National health service'I of Ukraine for public comment and review the published draft requirements Domingo volume of services under the Program of medical safeguards in 2020. Compliance is a condition of the contract between NCSU thandavam services Program medical guarantees.
This is the result of joint work of 150 freelance experts NCSU, practitioners from all over Ukraine and specialists of the National service
healthy'I and the Ministry of health'I Ukraine that have been working together for 5 months.
what are the requirements for services?
NCSU may enter into contracts with medical institutions that autonomation (transformed into communal non-commercial enterprise), the computer'utilizaban and connected to the electronic health system'I, and pay for their services, provided those services meet defined and approved standards.
Now the requirement is divided into two parts:
- requirements to the General services of the hospital (medical and surgical): therapy, Pediatrics, pediatric surgery and surgery for adults
- requirements to separate (priority) services, which have a significant impact on health status'I of the population and are paid at a premium rate: outpatient endoscopy, inpatient care for patients with myocardial infarction, cerebral stroke, neonatal care and care during childbirth.br>
When you start to act service requirements?
Approved requirements will take effect starting in 2020. If necessary, for subsequent years the requirements may be supplemented or revised.
Pay attention to partners NCSU that compliance with existing requirements regarding the minimum scope of services does not negate the need to comply with existing licensing requirements and school report equipment companies.
What if the institution will not meet the requirements for priority services?
Such an institution will not qualify for services at a premium rate. If priority services will be provided in such a place, they will be paid at ordinary rates, provided that they correspond to the General level of service.
