We are in the National health service'I care about Ukraine, the reliability and relevance of data in electronic health system'I and continually committed actions by their verification. After all, the actual data - the key to proper and effective use of budget funds and fair payment agencies for services rendered under the contract. One of the important processes is to verify the information in the system about the deceased patients. This happens on the basis of official data from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens (DRACS).
Verification and deactivation in the system data about the dead takes place according to the following algorithm:
- regular collection of official data from DRATCH;
- conducting the automatic standardization of the details of both registers - DRATCH and register of patients electronic health system'I. That is, all records that we compare, we will first present to the same format (same capitalization, the use of the Cyrillic alphabet and the like);
- start automated algorithm for comparison of data: the entries in the register of patients electronic health system'I write DRATCH. The comparison is performed for all positions: P. I. B., the number of RNANP, passport, birth certificate, date and place of birth, address of residence. The result of the comparison, the algorithm determines the data relate to the same individual or different. And assigns the records a certain degree of compliance;
records with a high degree of conformity is automatically deactivated. Recording with a lesser degree (incomplete data, change of details etc.) - advanced visible and worked out by the experts of NCSU. If additional analysis confirms that the data in electronic health system'I belong to a person according to DRATCH is dead, these data are deactivated in the system.
Why there may be situations when deactivated the recording of a live patient? One of the reasons - a certain percentage of inaccuracies in data DRATCH. NCSU with Min'a Joost are working on improving processes, entering data in the registry DRATCH.
Another reason for the deactivation data of a living patient - it is incorrect or incomplete. the introduction of physician data into the system when completing the Declaration: for example, specifying the same number of identification document, for a few people; incorrect indication of the number and series of the birth certificate of the child and the number RNANP, etc. to avoid such situations, NCSU encourages all users of e-health'I to take responsibility for entering data into the system, and patients to carefully check the data entered by the doctor before signing the Declaration. In case of detection of incorrect data declarations to renew the Declaration and to specify the correct data.
