After filling out the online form to change the authentication method need to record the request number in the system. The next day, to visit the website of NCSU nszu.gov.ua - section of the Citizens, the Users OU, EES - checking the status of the request and enter the request number.
After entering the request number, there are 4 possible options:
- “the Request was fulfilled" - the patient in the system was found and the method of authentication is reset. In the near future, you can refer to
your doctor and re-submit a Declaration specifying the actual phone number and after you have checked all the data the doctor enters to
e-health'I;
“the Request is being worked on”, we recommend you to check the status of your application;
- "Request rejected" - the identity of the patient was not identified in the system. The patient should call the contact centre at 16
77 and tell the operator the number and name;
- “Enter the correct id number!” means that you made a mistake when entering your request on the website. Try again
times.
During the work online form for applying change the method of authentication was processed more than 13,000 applications. Over 11 000 of them authentication method the patient was changed in the system. 2512 applications are processed. 78 applications were rejected. 6600 applications received by patients aged 65+ years. 1200 applications were submitted about changing the authentication method to children from 0 to 17.
