In October, the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSZU) paid 14.3 billion UAH to healthcare facilities under the Medical Guarantees Program as of October 31, 2025.

In October, the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSZU) paid 14.3 billion UAH to healthcare facilities under the Medical Guarantees Program as of October 31, 2025.

Of this amount:
🔹 920.5 million UAH was allocated for emergency medical assistance;
🔹 1.9 billion UAH was allocated for primary healthcare providers;
🔹 10.8 billion UAH was paid for specialized medical care, including:

• 140 million UAH for the "Readiness and provision of medical assistance to the population in territories where active combat is taking place" package;
• 358 million UAH for the "Transitional financial support for the provision of medical services by healthcare institutions" package;
• 5.8 billion UAH was paid for the provision of priority services by specialized medical facilities for September;
• 4.5 billion UAH was paid to specialized medical facilities for October services, paid at a global rate;
  

🔹 Under the "Affordable Medicines" reimbursement program, the NSZU paid 676.9 million UAH to pharmacies in October.
