Anti-corruption activities
The Law of Ukraine “On Lustration” provides for the verification of the accuracy of information regarding the application of prohibitions stipulated in Parts Three and Four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Lustration,” submitted by individuals who hold relevant positions or are candidates for such positions.
The procedure for conducting this verification and the list of authorities responsible for it are approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 563 dated 16 October 2014,“Certain Issues of Implementing the Law of Ukraine ‘On Lustration.’”
